NYAA program-RTC & Kaki Bukit Prison School

Singapore Adventurers’ Club Volunteers needed for NYAA program-RTC & Kaki Bukit Prison School SAC has again been invited to conduct NYAA Training Program for our prison friends at Reformative Training Centre (RTC) and Kaki Bukit Centre (KBC) coming 2010.  These courses have helped our prison friends to learn a wide array of adventure skills and instill the core elements like self-confidence and teamwork. Recognition and interest of our training programmes have been overwhelming from past prison training. Volunteers and facilitators who participated in prison trainings often gain more than what they had imparted to our prison friends.  Coming this January 2010, SAC will be repeating this NYAA program for our prison friends of RTC and KBC. We are flashing out for volunteers / facilitators to assist SAC in this interesting program and make this again a memorable and fruitful experience for our RTC and KBC friends! NYAA at RTC Date: 16 and 17 January 2010, Saturday and Sunday Time: 9 am to 5 pm  NYAA at KBC Dates: 30 and 31 January 2010, Saturday and Sunday Time: 9 am to 5 pm Note: males and females may apply as volunteers. We will try to balance a mix of experienced and newbie volunteers so that the “fire will keep burning.”  But please note that super priority will be given to those who can volunteer for both NYAA at RTC and KBC. This is to maintain the continuity of the programs for our prison friends.  LIMITED VACANCIES AVAILABLE ONLY!!  Interested?
