Halogen Foundation

Us In a Nutshell Founded in 2003, Halogen Foundation Singapore is an educational charity that is focused on youth leadership development. Halogen is also an Institution of Public Character (IPC). Defining leadership as influence, Halogen believes that every young person can lead and be positive change-agents. Therefore, Halogen aims to make quality leadership education and experiences available and accessible to all young people regardless of their backgrounds, race, income or religion. Through inspirational events, academy programmes, action leadership projects, community groups and research initiatives, Halogen aims to influence a generation of young people to lead themselves and others well.
